SHRINK TUNNELS
 
 

The Shrink Tunnel is an essential part of any Shrink Wrapping System. It is here that the actual process of Shrinkage takes place. The product / pack loosely wrapped in shrinkable plastic film shrinks & gets tightly wrapped around the pack.

At  AAREM  you can also have a shrink tunnel tailor made to suit the size of your Pack.

Since in a Shrink Tunnel Machine the Wrapping of the film around the product/pack is done manually it opens the roads for film wrapping and sealing with the help of machines. The range illustrated now gives a combination of different types of Film wrappers (Sealer) with Shrink Tunnels.

Method of Operations :

 

   

 

The operator places item to be wrapped inside the centre folded film on the working platform

Wrapped item is moved left and placed in the shrink cell, Operator lowers hood manually. 

Hood locks electromagnetically opens automatically after simultaneous sealing-shrinking operation is completed.

Operator removes pack, the machine is now ready for the next cycle.

NECK / LABLE TUNNEL
The Neck / Lable Sleeving Tunnel is used for sleeving of the neck / Lable portion of the bottles to make them tamper proof. The neck sleeving machine is designed to accept different sizes of bottles and with different neck diameters.

The machine is equipped with suitable adjustable guides to hold the bottle. The machine is available with A.C. Drive & D.C. Drive model. The machine is provided with a controller which controls the heat at the point of application. The machine is equipped with safety guards and safty air vents.

SLEEVE WRAPPING MACHINES  
 
   

The Concept of Web Sealing is the most widely accepted concept the world over. It is used for various size packs, heavy in nature and mostly for batch production. Unlike the L-Sealer here the film consumption per pack and hence cost of film per pack is less. A Combination of Front and Side Sealer together is also available called the Partial U-Sealer Tunnel. Here the pack is sealed with film from all the sides before the Shrinking Stage.
